Returning instructor Jennifer Rodriguez will be teaching How to Become a Top Leasing Agent here at Informal Classes next term.

Course Description: Becoming a leasing agent in the apartment industry can be a lucrative part-time or full-time job for anyone interested in property management.  People often ask, even experienced real estate professionals, “How can I become a leasing agent?”  If you are like hundreds of other people and have asked yourself this same question, this class is for you.  Class discussions will include leasing agent responsibilities, most important duties of a leasing agent, keys to success in closing the lease, telephone techniques, rental policies and procedures, interviewing and qualifying prospects, demonstrating models and show units, touring and qualifying the prospect, and an introduction to legal aspects and marketing the community.

Class will open for registration on December 3rd at our website and begin on February 20th.
